Chad Edwards is a native Texan born in December 1974 and raised in the “Crossroads of South Texas,” Victoria, Texas. He graduated from the prestigious Texas State University in San Marcos. Chad has lived in Austin, Texas since 1999. His whole life, he has enjoyed the outdoors and sharing it with others. Chad is practical, determined, diligent, attention-focused, and goes above-and-beyond to serve people. After a short term stop in the medical sales industry, Chad became licensed to sell real estate in 2001 and jumped into the commercial multi-family real estate market, selling apartment complexes and manufactured home communities. He started Premier Ranch Properties, LLC in 2005 and since has sold over 400 rural land properties, stretching all over the great state of Texas. Chad has worked with buyers and sellers alike on all types of properties, consisting of recreational hunting, residential, horse, and real live working ranches. Chad has since expanded the business to launch a land construction development company called PRP Land Construction, LLC, which offers an added value to clients with additional services like land clearing, utility work, home-site preparation, and the construction of roads, ponds and lakes.

Jay Tinney is a native Texan from Waco. After attending Texas Tech, he moved to Austin and began a career in sales and service spanning over 30 years. He spent the first 18 years with Dell Technologies, Inc. helping customers like the State of Texas, Browning Arms and the Denver Broncos achieve success by providing them with customized technological solutions and expert customer service. Jay then decided to open a BBQ catering company serving thousands from musicians to members of the US Senate. He won many awards during his 20-year competition BBQ run including the Grand Champion of the 2018 San Antonio Rodeo Cookoff. Starting at an early age, Jay developed a deep passion for the outdoors. This interest led him to become an accomplished bowhunter, waterfowl hunter, off-shore/bay fisherman and active supporter of many conservation organizations. Along the way, Jay has developed close friendships with many of the leading wildlife biologists, consultants, ranch mangers and ranch owners in Texas and beyond. He is now eager to blend his extensive sales and service career, unwavering passion and unparalleled personal network to help clients find unique properties where they can create lifelong memories for generations to come. Jay has been married for over 20 years to his wife Carol and has two children.
